NCA Establishes Collaboration with BPD Kaltim Kaltara as a Financial Services Provider within the NCA
JAKARTA –Nusantara Capital Authority (NCA) signed a cooperation agreement with PT Regional Development Bank of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan (BPD Kaltim Kaltara) at Panin Tower Jakarta, Tuesday (05/09/2023).
This collaboration is a form of support from BPD Kaltim Kaltara in developing an ecosystem for providing financial services in the Nusantara National Capital through its financial services. This Memorandum of Understanding was signed directly by NCA Secretary Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya and Director of Business and Sharia Muhammad Edwin.
Edwin stated that in the development of East Kalimantan we are very open, the Governor of East Kalimantan provided an injection of funds worth 3.5 trillion which became the capital deposit in the East Kalimantan BPD.
" InsyaAllah, partnerships, collaborations and synergies with NNCA will be established in the long term. This is a strategic medium, hopefully both parties will be better and more massive in working together," said Edwin.
Furthermore, Edwin said that basically we hope to get an opportunity in terms of building the Nusantara Hopefully this collaboration will continue deeper to be discussed in the future.
On the same occasion, NCA Secretary Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya revealed that he saw many potential opportunities for cooperation that could be carried out between the two parties, especially in the field of banking or financial services.
"I’m very much welcome this cooperation agreement, and we believe we can work hand in hand to build the Nusantara National Capital with a spirit of mutual cooperation that can make Indonesia progress and also the capital city that we are proud of," said Jaka.
"I hope that we will follow up and interact with each other which program to work on first. Hopefully this good intention will benefit the community and get what is given," Jaka said.
Also attending accompanied the Secretary of the Nusantara National Capital Authority Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya, namely the Head of the Bureau of Finance, State Property and Assets in Mastery Muji Budda'wah.
Meanwhile, the board of directors of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan were attended by the Director of Business & Sharia Muhammad Edwin, Head of the Company Secretariat Rita Kurniasih, Head of the Jakarta Branch of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara Eka Yulianti.
